1: my toes look like I could’ve or my lil brother could’ve did them. No shape , not clean , and there is flooding on the sides
2: while I was doing my nails I see a roach on the gel lamp . I don’t even need to explain this . Unclean and unsanitary
3: why does it take only 20-30 minutes for one service ? If I’m coming to enjoy a luxury service and get myself taken care of I expect to be TAKEN CARE OF . Not in and out the door within 45 minutes . No attention to detail, no proper care of the nail, no patience. I’ve been to 4 salons here and they are all the same .
4: I will say my nails did come out well . But the prep was not quality especially for the prices. All of it was RUSHED
Don't mind my cuticles, I pick at them something fierce but this is NOTHING compared to what Tem at luxx nails is capable of. Really any of the techs there. They never say no to what I bring to them. Ever. I will NEVER go somewhere else.

Edit: It’s been 2 years from my last review and after exploring other nail salon I have found myself in a seat at Luxx again. After not having the best of times at other nail salons, last night I went to Luxx and the woman that did my nails was AMAZING. She was so sweet and I enjoyed our conversation. She took her time and really paid special attention to my tiny freakin nails. (I’ll edit with her name when I go back in two weeks!) Whatever you do, stay at Luxx lol.
I’ve been a loyal customer at LUXX Nails since 2020. I’m always so happy with every service I get. From acrylics, pedicures and eyebrow treatments. The quality, style, technicians and service are the best in the city by far! I receive compliments on my nails almost every day! I used to go to other salons and would have my nails chip, break, fall off and not last long, I have never had that problem here and the design and quality are always top notch. Make the switch and try out LUXX nails you will be happy you did so!
